All plan fees are non-refundable. Plan discounts do not apply to dental products such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, or whitening gel.
Our wellness plans are designed to be transparent, with no hidden fees or surprise exclusions. The 15% discount applies to most procedures performed in our office and activates immediately upon enrollment, meaning you can take advantage of your savings on the same day you sign up. Each plan is active for a full 12 months from the date you enroll, so your coverage and discounts run on your schedule, not a calendar year. Because these plans cannot be combined with other dental plans or office promotions, they work best for patients who are uninsured or whose current coverage does not meet their needs. Enrolling in a Rivers Dentistry wellness plan is simple and can be handled at the time of your visit or in advance by reaching out to our office. There are no lengthy applications or waiting periods.
Based on the condition of your gum health, each patient will be placed in either the “healthy” plan (Maroon Bells) or the “periodontal disease” plan (Highlands). The presence of gum disease dictates more frequent cleanings, so the Highlands Plan includes an extra visit beyond what the Maroon Bells plan includes (2 cleanings per yer).
Enrollment is completed in person at Rivers Dentistry. Our front desk team will confirm your plan selection, collect your annual fee, and get you set up in our system. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment.
Once enrolled, you can schedule your included preventive services right away. Your 15% discount on most procedures is active from the moment your plan begins, so there is no waiting period before your savings kick in.

Staying consistent with your preventive visits is the best way to catch small issues early and avoid larger treatment costs down the road. Wellness plans renew annually. Our savings plans cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan. They are intended for patients who are uninsured, underinsured, or looking for an alternative to traditional insurance coverage. If you have an active dental plan through your employer or another provider, our wellness plans would not be stackable on top of that coverage.
Your plan includes a 15% discount on most procedures performed at our office, so any treatment beyond your included preventive services is subject to that savings. You can also pair your plan with one of our financing options, such as Cherry or Proceed Finance, to stretch the cost of larger treatment over time.
Yes. We offer plans specifically designed for children ages 3 to 5 and 6 to 12, as well as adult plans for new and established patients. Each family member would enroll in their own individual plan based on their age and patient status with our practice.
